The Granada

The Granada Theater is situated in the heart of Downtown Lawrence, just a short drive from Kansas City. The Granada originally opened as a silent film theater in the 1930’s, transitioning to a traditional one-screen movie theater operating up in to the late 1980's. The Granada has hosted live shows in Lawrence, KS now for almost 30 years. The monthly line-ups touch every genre and attract national and international touring artists to the midwest.
