On her tenth studio album, the masterful Trouble and Strife, Joan Osborne has issued a clarion call. Rachel Feinstein grew up outside Washington DC, the daughter of a civil rights lawyer and a blues musician, giving her a keen eye for the absurd and unjust. She developed her hilarious, character driven style by opening for her father’s blues band as a kid and doing impressions of various loud and jarring relatives. She has had three Comedy Central specials, including her one hour special Amy Schumer Presents Rachel Feinstein: Only Whores Wear Purple.

Most recently, Rachel was featured on Amy Schumer’s Parental Advisory which was filmed as part of Netflix Is a Joke and released on the platform June 2022. Rachel appeared on the first season of Life & Beth for Hulu. She also recurred on the Steven Soderbergh Amazon series Red Oaks and on Judd Apatow’s HBO comedy Crashing. Her past credits include Trainwreck, Top Five, The Nightly Show With Larry Wilmore and HBO’s Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.

She has co-hosted The View on multiple occasions and several appearances on Inside Amy Schumer which she also contributed to as a writer. You may also remember Rachel co-hosting alongside Shaq on Upload with Shaquille O'Neal. Feinstein has also lent her voice to Adult Swim’s Venture Brothers and the phenomenally successful Grand Theft Auto video game franchise.

In March 2020, Pokey LaFarge packed up and left his Los Angeles abode behind, putting his belongings in storage in anticipation of spending extensive time on the road in support of his then-forthcoming album, Rock Bottom Rhapsody. He couldn’t wait to head down to Austin a few weeks later to showcase those songs and launch the album with his band at SXSW. Then the pandemic hit and all of LaFarge’s well-laid plans went into thin air. Stuck in East Austin with nowhere to go, LaFarge did what he does best: he got to work. He used the sudden change in plans to his advantage, having perhaps his greatest period of personal growth in the midst of the crippling pandemic.

His new album, In the Blossom of Their Shade, showcases the positivity of coming out of the darkness and into the light and is one of his strongest and most mature lyrical efforts to date. Inspired by the deep soul not just from these shores, but from distant geographical places like Africa or South America, LaFarge has created a body of work that paired emotional lyrics with a killer groove and grabby melodies.

Louisa Stancioff has emerged as a gifted writer with a cinematic eye for richly detailed, emotionally-charged character studies that grapple with the complexities of loneliness and desire, freedom and regret, guilt and forgiveness. A nomadic soul who spent stints living in Alaska, California, New York, and North Carolina before returning home to Maine, she grew up learning traditional Bulgarian music from her paternal grandfather’s side of the family and reveled in singing American folk and roots tunes with her friends. Recorded with producer Benny Yurco in Burlington, VT, and following her debut single "Red Neck Yaught Club", “Cass’s Song” marks Stancioff’s second release under her own name, as well as her second single with Yep Roc Records, which will release her full-length debut album in 2024.

With “a voice for the gods that can transport listeners to other realms” (Boston Globe), Mary Fahl is an expressive, emotional singer/songwriter who first achieved fame as lead singer and co-founder of the mid-1990s NYC- based chamber-pop group October Project, a band known for their lush harmonies, sweeping melodies and Fahl’s unique and powerful vocals. After two records on Epic, the band disbanded, but Fahl had more freedom to pursue her own muse, whether that meant writing and recording songs for movies (including the theme for the Civil War epic “Gods and Generals”), singing arias and medieval Spanish songs for Sony Classical or releasing a unique album-length take on “Dark Side of the Moon.”

Mary’s “Wintersongs Holiday Show” brings you Christmas standards like “O Holy Night” and “What Child Is This”, along with other songs evoking the spirit of the season.

The Mahavishnu Orchestra was a jazz fusion band formed in New York City in 1971, led by English guitarist John McLaughlin. The band received its initial acclaim for its complex, intense music consisting of a blend of Indian classical music, jazz, and psychedelic rock as well as its dynamic live performances. The group underwent several line-up changes throughout its history across its two periods of activity, from 1971 to 1976 and from 1984 to 1987. They have since been cited as a major influence on everyone from King Crimson to Phish to the Mars Volta, and was in many ways one of the first electric jam bands.

The Mahavishnu Project launched directly from where the original band abruptly left off. They began performing their unique renditions of music from classic Mahavishnu Orchestra discs while remaining true to the cutting-edge improvs of the original band and to McLaughlin's stunning compositions. After several years on hiatus, The Mahavishnu Project returns to perform their interpretations of the Mahavishnu Orchestra's Birds of Fire plus iconic songs by Jeff Beck and Jan Hammer from the 1970s masterpieces, Blow By Blow, Wired and There & Back.

The Mahavishnu Project features guitar virtuoso Robbie Mangano (Sean Lennon/Tom Morello), keyboardist Neil Alexander (The Machine/Eric Person) and bassist Brian Mooney joining drummer and bandleader Gregg Bendian, well-known for his work with Todd Rundgren, Pat Metheny, Nels Cline, Ornette Coleman and John Zorn. Founded by Bendian in 2001, The Mahavishnu Project has remained to this date the only ensemble to have the blessing, praise, and gratitude of ALL the original Mahavishnu Orchestra members, including founder and guitarist/composer John McLaughlin.

Since graduating from the Eastman School of Music, Tony Levin has become the bass and Chapman Stick voice for Peter Gabriel and King Crimson. In addition, he has played on notable recordings for John Lennon, Pink Floyd, Lou Reed, Alice Cooper, Dire Straits, Carly Simon, Judy Collins, and many others. Tony has major jazz credentials, having worked with Buddy Rich, Steps Ahead, L'Image, Gary Burton, Chuck Mangione, and Herbie Mann. He currently records and tours with Peter Gabriel, King Crimson, Stick Men, and The Crimson ProjeKCt.

As a French Horn major, Pete Levin earned a master’s degree from the Juilliard School. In the early ‘0s he switched to keyboards, becoming a synthesizer specialist in the New York City recording studio scene. Over the years, he has graced hundreds of jazz and pop recordings and performances by the likes of Miles Davis, Gil Evans, Jimmy Giuffre, Dave Brubeck, David Sanborn, Joe Louis Walker, Don Elliott, Freddie Hubbard, Annie Lennox, Charles Mingus, Jaco Pastorius and Wayne Shorter. He currently records with his organ trio with Dave Stryker and Lenny White.

After 5 decades of glorious careers playing with virtually who is who in all genres of music - jazz, fusion, rock, pop and world music -  and after guesting on each other’s projects, the Levin Brothers finally decided to have their own jazz band. The Levin Brothers released the self-titled first album in 2014, and the follow up live albums Special Delivery in 2017 and Live at the Daryl's House in 2020.

Led by electric violinist/vocalist Joe Deninzon, who recently became the newest member of Kansas, Stratospheerius has showcased their “frenzied melange of progressive rock, jazz fusion and funkabilly” throughout the world. The New York-based group has opened for Martin Barre, Alex Skolnick, John 5 & The Creatures, Gary Hoey, Mike Stern, Tim Reynolds, Mickey Hart, and John Scofield, among many others. Their new live box set, “Behind the Curtain (Live at ProgStock),” hit the top 10 on Relix/JamBand radio Charts.
