Acknowledge that you are aware that by entering the premises and participating in the EVENTS that there are risks to you and those with who you interact of exposure, direct or indirectly, to communicable diseases including but not limited to the COVID-19 virus and /or any mutation or variation thereof.

Your entry into his facility constitutes your voluntary agreement to assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage you may incur.
