The Town & City Festival

Celebrating the adventurous spirit of Lowell native author Jack Kerouac, the fifth annual The Town and The City Festival returns April 26-27, 2024. 

Many more acts and special programming will be revealed early in the new year.

Two-Day Passes give a purchaser access to all festival shows in all venues per capacity allowance at each venue.
