There are health and safety requirements to attend JD McPherson at Cain’s Ballroom on December 11, 2021.
With the number of COVID-19 cases rising due to the Delta Variant, all attendees of this event must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have tested negative for COVID-19 within 48 hours of attending the event.
In attending the event you certify and attest that you and all individuals in your party attending the event:
-Are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose, dated NO LATER than November 27, 2021) and provide proof of vaccination; i.e. original vaccination card, copy of vaccination card, picture of vaccination card, OR
-Will take a COVID-19 diagnostic test (PCR or antigen ONLY) within 48 hours of this event, and will provide proof of negative result before entering the venue, AND
-Will not attend the event and will request a refund if you have recently been exposed to a confirmed COVID-19 case or are exhibiting symptoms consistent with COVID-19 in the 24 hour period prior to the event
The Tulsa Health Department offers free vaccination and testing resources for residents.

Hand sanitizing stations are readily available around the venue and at the bar(s).
Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside of Cain's Ballroom.

Advance tickets have an 8 ticket limit and Mezzanine tickets have a 4 ticket limit. This is per person, address, credit card, email, etc... Orders over this limit may have any or all of their orders refunded without notice.
