Private Dining Room

Thanks for choosing us for your private dining experience. Our Tour Room is now available for private dining for up to 8 people. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday or another special occasion, we welcome you into a private space in our tour room overlooking our brewhouse. While making your reservation, enrich your experience and choose from our Executive Chef’s special preorder menu or order food and drink from our normal dine-in menu by QR code. Contactless ordering delivered right to your table.
Reservations are 90 minutes in length and require the following minimum spends:
Food & Beverage Minimums:
1-3 People | $75
4-6 People | $125
7-8 People | $175
Preordered food/drink as well as items ordered after arrival (by QR code) will both go towards your minimum. A reservation fee is required to book. This fee is not included in the minimum.

If looking to add a private mini tour (groups remain seated) by one of our tour guide aficionados or to customize your experience, please call 414-292-0803. We will do our best to accommodate but will always put the safety of our staff and guests above all else.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund of the reservation fee will be given if cancelled at least 2 weeks ahead of time. A half refund will be given if cancelled between 1 and 2 weeks from your reservation. No refund will be given if cancelled less than 1 week from your reservation. Any preordered food and beverage are subject to a partial or no refund if cancelled within 48 hours.
