※お申込みが集中した場合など、カレンダー画面で日時を選択いただけても、次画面ではチケットを確保できない場合がございます。

■チケットの取得方法
当サイトではオンライン決済による事前購入を承ります。
・毎週月曜日午前10時に翌週の月曜日～日曜日のオンライン決済申込受付を開始します。
・申し込まれた入園時間(①9時～10時、②10時～11時、③11時~12時、④12時～13時、⑤13時～14時、⑥14時～15時、⑦15時～16時30分)内にご入園ください。
・お申し込みできる入園券は入園希望日時につき１回のみです。申込者を含めて５名までを１組として一度に申し込めます。
・オンライン決済はご入園当日の各入園開始時間まで承ります。それ以降のご購入は庭園窓口をご利用ください。窓口では16時半まで入園券を販売しております。

■How to get tickets
・You can purchase the online tickets ［date stipulated ］ by credit card payment.
・Enter the garden within the time you have applied for ①9:00am-10:00am, ②10:00am-11:00am,③11:00am-12:00pm, ④12:00pm-1:00pm, ⑤1:00pm-2:00pm,⑥2:00pm-3:00pm,⑦3:00pm-4:30pm. .
・You can apply only once per date and time you wish to enter the garden. Up to five people, including the applicant, can apply at once as a group.
