・カレンダーにてご来館日を選択し、空き時間状況のプルダウンにて入館時間を選択してください。
※チケットは予約時間の15分前までご購入いただけます。
※お客様のご都合によりキャンセルをご希望される方は、キャンセルフォームよりご予約時間の1時間前までお手続きいただけます。受付期間後のキャンセルはお受けすることができません。
※ベネッセハウスにご宿泊のお客様は予約不要でご鑑賞いただけます。杉本博司ギャラリー受付にてお申し出ください。（呈茶をご希望の場合は別途ラウンジでお支払いください。）

・オンラインチケットはご指定の時間から30分間有効です。
・開館日のうち、すべてが定員に達した日については、カレンダーのご来館日を選択いただけません。
・お申込みが集中した場合など、カレンダーで日時を選択いただけても、次画面ではチケットを確保できない場合がございます。
・お申込手続き後、「ご購入確認メール」をお送りしますので、etix.com からのメールを受信できるよう予め設定をお願いします。
・1月1日は元旦のため、また1月4日から2月1日まではメンテナンスのため、長期休館いたします。

・Select the date of your visit on the calendar and select your visit time from the available timeslots pull-down menu.
*Online tickets can be purchased up to 15 minutes before the time of your visit.
*Cancellations due to customers' preferences can be proceeded up to 1 hour before the reservation time using the cancellation form. No further cancellations will be accepted after this time.
*Guests staying at Benesse House can watch it without reservation.Please make a request at the Hiroshi Sugimoto Gallery Reception Counter.If you wish to have a tea ticket , please pay separately at the lounge.

・Online tickets are valid for 30 minutes from the reservation time written on the ticket.
・You cannot select a date on the calendar when all available days are sold out.
・In case of heavy access, even if you select a date and time on the calendar, you may not be able to secure a ticket on the next screen.
・A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order has been processed, so please make sure you can receive emails from etix.com.
・The gallery will be closed on 1st January for New Year's Day and from 4th January to 1st February for winter maintenance.
