■整理券の取得方法
・井の頭自然文化園に入園するためには、どなたも整理券による事前予約が必要です（完全予約制）。当サイトでは、整理券のお申込みを承ります。入園には整理券とは別に入園券などが必要です。
・整理券のお申込みは先着順で受け付けます。毎週土曜日正午に「翌週の土曜日からその次の金曜日まで（休園日を除く）」の受付を開始します。
・入園時間は1時間ごとに分かれています。お申込み時にお選びください。初回は9時30分から10時30分まで、最終回は14時30分から16時00分までです。この時間内にご入園ください。
・お申し込みできる整理券は入園希望日につき１回のみです。
　申込者を含めて５名までを１組として一度に申し込めます。ご来園人数分のQRコードが必要です。

■入園方法
入園には整理券とは別に入園券などが必要です。以下の手順に従い、整理券の確認を受けた後、入園券を購入、またはお手持ちの年間パスポートをご提示のうえ、ご入園ください。
（1）整理券で指定された日時に井の頭自然文化園正門前または弁天門入口に設置する整理券確認所で整理券をご提示ください。七井門入口はご利用頂けません。整理券をお持ちでない方は、入園券販売所に進むことはできません。
（2）整理券確認の際、ご本人確認を行う場合がございます。運転免許証やパスポート、健康保険証、学生証などの身分証明書をお持ちください。
（3）入園券販売所で入園券をお買い求めになるか、お手持ちの年間パスポートにてご入園ください。

■入園時間
① 9時30分～10時30分
②10時30分～11時30分
③11時30分～12時30分
④12時30分～13時30分
⑤13時30分～14時30分
⑥14時30分～16時00分

■Please note
・Currently, numbered tickets are required for all visitors to enter the park.
・Numbered tickets will be distributed every Saturday at noon for the next week's admission.
・In order to enter the park, you need to purchase an admission ticket after checking a numbered ticket.
・The meeting place: the main gate of the zoo (main garden) or the Benten gate of the aquatic life house (branch garden).
・Entry is timed and only valid for a specific 1 hour-slot.
・Bring this numbered ticket and photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. This numbered ticket and photo ID will be checked at the meeting place.
